So what’s been going on you ask?

Great question. I know posts are few and far between and apologies for keeping anyone in the dark. I took a bit of a break after I wrapped up the trilogy, well…somewhat. I couldn’t seem to shut my brain off with new ideas. Some of those have been manifesting themselves over the past year and I’ve finally picked a few to focus on. While some will remain close to the chest until I’ve done more, I will let you in on two new projects.

#1 – A new Sci-Fi Adventure series is in the works. Name is TBD. This will follow a new group of unlikely adventurers as they traverse a unknown terrains in search of ancient myths. These adventures will be vastly different from the TXP series but are turning out to be a blast to write, so stay tuned.

#2 The Expansion Project Series will soon be an audiobook!!! That’s right! Book 1 is about 2/3rds through to completion by a very talented up and comer in the audiobook realm. More details on that as well as things in closer.

In short, I know its a bit of a wait between these types of projects, but just know that things are still happening and new universes are still being built. In the meantime, have a very Happy Holiday season my friends.

So Covid Continues – So does Free Stuff!!

Yes, the world is nuts!!  No surprise really.  But I think we can still be surprising.  By which I mean, if we all band together to help each other out or even just share a smile here and there, we can truly surprise each other.  Its a strange time but I’m hoping we can all step up to the plate and be truly good to one another and come out the other side all the stronger.

The Battle is on!!!

Hello and Merry Christmas from the Imaginarium!!  I hope you are having an incredible holiday season.  For those of you that don’t know, the third installment of the Expansion Series has been released and just in time for Christmas.  If you are struggling for last minute ideas for that special reader, then here you go.

Writing this series has been a long and amazing journey for me.  I understand so much more know how writers and film-makers come to think of their characters as family and friends.  Its also extremely strange that something that started as such a simple idea has now grown into such a huge story.

For those of you that have been following the story, I think you will be highly pleased with The Battle for Athenaeum as it is a strong closer to an epic journey.  Enjoy immersing yourself in another universe and drop me an email when you get done, I’d love to hear from you!  In the meantime, have a great holiday and a very happy new year!

Hello Again

Hey folks.  Sorry I haven’t posted much.  I’ve tried to throw some stuff out on the old Instagram every now and again but things have been busy.  Good news though, book III in the Expansion series is nearly finished.

I’ll be posting more on this in the near future but stay tuned!!!  Its going to be an awesome thrill ride all the way to the end of this series.  I’ve had such a blast writing this one.  More to come!

Christmas Time at Blue Bicycle

Ok folks, I know its been awhile since I’ve been on the old website.  I realized that I even missed an entire event.  Life has been nuts.  But no worries for any Expansion fans, that time has included work on the third installment of the series.  But before the year winds to a close, I thought I’d get out on the town one more time to mingle with folks and wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays in person.

As such, I will be downtown next week at Blue Bicycle books with another awesome sci-fi writer, Mr. Rob Favre.  If you haven’t checked out his stuff yet, you definitely should get started.  So come on out and say hey and make a night of exploring beautiful downtown Charleston at Christmas time.

Its finally ready!! I just sent off my final set of files to print today.  I’ve included the book cover in its full panoramic view for everyone.  This is always a really exciting time and I can’t wait to get this out to everyone.  I can’t begin to tell you how much fun I had writing this particular book.  There are so many fun story lines happening and I think you’ll like seeing how they begin to bring things together.  If you are in the Charleston area, come on out and see me July 21st at Two Blokes Brewery where we’ll be launching the book release.  Happy Reading!

Eclipse – Music – Outdoors – I’m there!!

Obviously I am a nerd.  So yes, I am super excited about the eclipse.  I am also incredibly lucky to live in the amazing Charleston, SC which happens to have one of the best views of the eclipse.

So what does a sci-fi writer super nerd do during an eclipse.  The answer…Barn Jam.  What…you ask?  For those of you in the area, the awesome folks out at Awendaw Green normally host a Barn Jam on Wednesday nights.  If haven’t gone before, make it a point.  As if they weren’t awesome enough already, they will be hosing a Total Eclipse party this coming Monday.  They are also allowing their neighbor, and friendly neighborhood science fiction author, to come out and set up a table for The Expansion Project.
