Hello Outer Space!!

Well folks, I’ve been wrapping up the editing process and m getting ready to take that hat off and go to the next.  I’ve been toying around in GIMP to get some graphics done for the book cover and various other spaces.  I’ve forgotten just how much fun it is to monkey around with that type of stuff.  And though it can be quite tedious and time consuming, it definitely starts to give a little life to the book and makes everything feel a bit more real.

Needless to say, I’m very excited about how everything is turning out and can’t wait to get it out there for everyone.  I’m sure you’ll enjoy the journey to the far reaches of space as much as I’ve enjoyed writing it.  But that time will come soon enough.  In the meantime, feel free to catch more updates on here, or on Instagram, @mcmickleonmedia.  Twitter will be coming soon, but I’m still quite new to social media so…baby steps.

Getting things started

Its been a slow start moving into the interwebs of things but today felt much more familiar as I picked up my guitar and headphones and dove back into the world of music.  Next up I’ll be tackling the world of animation to see what kind of magic I can make for the great and powerful YouTube.  In the meantime, I hope you’ll keep checking back in to see things progress towards getting the new book out to the world.
